Do you use 80 plus sites as advertised by others? We use all of the largest and most successful national job boards, where millions of job seekers visit every month.
You wouldn’t place an advert for a secretary in the South West on an engineering job board in the North East and neither would we. The likelihood of there being 80 plus job boards specialising in your vacancy and your location are very slim, but if there are, we will use them.
Why do you advertise for 30 days? Job seekers look for new positions for more than the 7 days that recruitment agencies tend to advertise your vacancy.
Every week there are new job seekers who may be suitable for your vacancy and with 30 day adverts & CV searching you get 4 times the chance to get the best applicant.
When do I pay for your services? Once you have approved the advert text that we will prepare for you and agreed the pre-screening requirements for your vacancy, we will then send you an invoice by email. Once we receive your payment by cheque, we will then commence your recruitment campaign.
Can I get a discount if I place more than 1 vacancy? Yes, even with our great pricing structure, we have Multi Vacancy Packs available that provide up to 15% discount.
What’s the process?
- We collate and agree with you the wording and minimum requirements for your vacancy.
- You make your payment.
- We place your advert and conduct CV searches.
- We pre-screen suitable CV’s against your minimum criteria.
- We provide you with a management report and CV’s for you to choose who you want to arrange to interview.
